Evolver Inc. Joins Ringtail® as a Technology Partner

WASHINGTON, March 08, 2018 --  FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE:FCN) today announced a new technology partnership between Ringtail® and Evolver, a leading legal services company and the developer of the native Excel redaction application XLerator. XLerator will provide Ringtail users with a streamlined way to review, redact and produce native Excel files.

This partnership and technology integration leverage the recently released Ringtail Software Development Kit (“SDK”) which provides the necessary framework to enable the seamless integration of third-party applications into the Ringtail user interface.

XLerator was developed by Evolver’s in-house software development team. The web-based tool is used by law firm, corporate, and government clients to replace the burdensome processes of imaging and redacting TIFFed Excel files. Users can perform keyword searches and apply multiple types of redactions across all Excel files and duplicates including: inverse, targeted, whole worksheet and more. These capabilities — along with more automated features — allow reviewers to not only succinctly review and redact native Excels files, but also to produce them with redactions in native format, meaning no more TIFFs.

Legal teams can license the XLerator application for use in any Ringtail deployment model and on an annual or per project basis. 

The Ringtail e-discovery platform helps law firms, corporations and government agencies around the world tackle the complexity and scope of e-discovery.
