TEL AVIV, Israel, Jan. 14, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Elbit Imaging Ltd. (“EI” or the “Company”) (TASE:EMITF) (NASDAQ:EMITF) announced today, further to the announcement dated September 25, 2015, with respect to the filing of a Motion for approval of a derivative claim against the Company and its directors (the “Motion” and the “Derivative claim,” respectively) that mutual request to dismiss the Motion has been submitted to the court upon both sides consent.
Both the applicant and the respondents have agreed to avoid taking any further legal procedures with respect to any actions taken as part of the Company and its subsidiaries' activity.
The Motion dismissal is subject to the court decision.
