“Dr. Stone” Chapter 80 is going to be a pivotal point for the series as it will determine the fate of Tsukasa and what Senku is going to do following the unexpected attacks. In the previous chapter, manga creator Riichiro Inagaki had Hyouga stab Tsukasa in the heart, a plot twist that blindsided most of the series’s fans, OtakuKart reported.

So far, Tsukasa has been portrayed as the main antagonist of the series but that’s now been turned on its head as Inagaki finally pulled the real villain out the shadows. Of course, some fans of the series have seen this plot twist given that there were several clues that hinted at Hyouga’s intentions. One of them is the character’s reaction after seeing the paper plane dynamite that was portrayed in the previous chapter. Now, that dynamite has been used to blow out the Cave of Miracles, another development that’s going to be addressed in “Dr. Stone” Chapter 80.

So far, it’s still unclear what Hyouga’s intentions are other than causing chaos for everyone. He’s also quite psychopathic as he managed to stab Tsukasa by trying to kill his little sister, Mirai. Now, everyone is asking what Inagaki will do to Tsukasa in “Dr. Stone” Chapter 80.

One avenue that the Inagaki can take is to kill Tsukasa entirely. After all, if this character becomes an ally of Senku, then most of the problems of the main protagonist will considerably decline in difficulty. But with Tsukasa gone and the Cave of Miracles destroyed, Inagaki can inject more hardships for Senku and the group, something that is significant in developing a character. Another path that the creator can take in “Dr. Stone” Chapter 80 is to have Tsukasa survive the attack but have his powers diminished.

But this could prove tricky since the blow has been depicted to land on Tsukasa’s heart. If Tsukasa does survive, however, he can still prove himself useful but will be sidelined for a while to give room for his recovery.

Although both these avenues are great to explore, some fans are begging that Inagaki spare Tsukasa as he’s such an interesting character to root for. But so far, things are looking grim for Tsukasa and fans will have to wait for “Dr. Stone” Chapter 80’s release to know the fate of this character.
