‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Surviving the Pulling of the Plug and Planting Arson Evidence

Days Of Our Lives 50th Anniversary Interview - Suzanne Rogers

It’s no secret to fans by now that the people behind “Days of Our Lives” do their best to keep viewers on their toes. In the latest episode, for example, Marlena’s (Deidre Hall) children tried to pull the plug on her. She survives and now, they have to live with the contempt of others. In the meantime, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) might have tampered with an arson scene to frame Ben (Robert Scott Wilson).

As Monster and Critics notes, there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding the situation of Marlena right now in “Days of Our Lives.” After all, there is a very real possibility that the person lying on the hospital bed could be Hattie pretending to be Marlena. Fans will remember this character during a payback arc, with Anjelica Deveraux (Morgan Fairchild) being the mastermind.

Upon her death, the people working for her were left with no protection. These included Hattie who might be impersonating Marlena right now. At the moment, no one is really sure of what is going on and unless everything is made clearer, it’s best to assume the worst. Then again, this is just what a normal “Days of Our Lives” development can be.

With regards to other events in the show, Hope is presenting a canister of accelerant that she claims she found at the burned-down cabin, Celeb Dirty Laundry reports. She also claims that Ben’s fingerprints are all over it, but Ben contests this point by noting how it’s just far too convenient. It would seem that Rafe (Galen Gering) is of the same opinion, which should make for a new interesting development in “Days of Our Lives.”

Another pair of eyes keeping a close eye on the situation is Shawn (Brandon Beemer), who has been watching developments due to the fact that Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) is under the same roof as Ben. Even he will be skeptical of the evidence presented.
