DOWNINGTOWN, Pa., March 01, 2018 -- On February 28, 2018, the Board of Directors of DNB Financial Corporation, parent of DNB First, National Association, one of the first nationally-chartered community banks to serve the greater Philadelphia region, declared a cash dividend of $0.07 per common share for the first quarter of 2018, to shareholders of record on March 15, 2018. The cash dividend will be paid on March 27, 2018.
