DENVER, April 25, 2017 -- DCP Midstream, LP (NYSE:DCP) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.78 per common unit for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, or $3.12 per unit on an annualized basis, which remains unchanged from the previous quarter. This quarterly cash distribution will be paid May 15, 2017 to unitholders of record at the close of business on May 9, 2017.
