Chart of the Day: Tech penetration

It is surprising that still almost 65 percent people in Japan are considered either computer illiterate or poorly literate. The OECD average of the percentage of adults who are computer illiterate is above 25 percent.

Tech penetration is a much bigger issue than many think. This is not just any issue, it is one of the key factors contributing to greater inequality, especially in terms of wealth.
