Austin, Texas, March 20, 2018 -- Campus Advantage®, a leader in student housing, providing property management, consulting, acquisitions, and development services, today announced the addition of two properties, located in San Marcos, Texas, to its portfolio of managed student housing properties. Located near Texas State University, The Edge and The Lodge bring 1,249 beds to Campus Advantage’s portfolio of managed student housing properties and will leverage the company’s successful management capabilities and services which result in a nearly 97% occupancy rate.
Campus Advantage was chosen to manage these properties due to its community-focused programs and experiences that inspire and equip residents to thrive in all areas of life.
