The newly Elected British Prime Minister, Theresa May has already been credited with swift handling of the Brexit chaos. She was very successful in uniting a divided conservative party by adding key Brexit backers like Boris Johnson in her cabinet, was successful in uniting the United Kingdom (avoid Scoxit) and was successful in communicating with the European Union leaders, many of whom would like to make an example of Britain. However, a survey by Lord Ashcroft Polls suggests that it is not only the media that has approved her actions but she enjoys very high approval rating among the British people.
The survey shows,
- 67 percent of all voters think her as the best Prime Minister, compared to 25 percent for Jeremy Corbyn and 8 percent for Tim Farron.
- 94 percent of those, who voted for the Conservatives in 2015 thinks she is the best suited. Even 42 percent of the Labor party voters consider her as the best suited compared to 49 percent favoring Jeremy Corbyn.
- 76 percent of the voters who opted for leaving the European Union sees her as best suited.
- Only Glitch is that her rating is relatively not that good among those who voted for a stay. But still, she enjoys 58 percent approval rating.
