The economic activity in Brazil has posted a significant growth in recent months. The trade and industrial output brought the supply-side growth near to 2.8% yoy in September. And thereby, Q3 supply-side growth is expected at 2.5% yoy, and the economy is expected to grow more than expectation in 2015 , says Societe Generale.
The demand-side economy is expected to improve, therefore, the economy is expected to accelerate significantly in 2016.
"We continue to forecast above-trend growth in 2016, with both exports and investment growth leading the headline", added Societe Generale.
