The previous chapter of “Boruto” showed how Delta was finally overwhelmed and defeated by Naruto by basically giving her more chakra than she could handle. It also revealed just how much Kara underestimates the ninjas of Konoha, which does not make sense. After all, Naruto basically attained godhood in the last war and even defeated Momoshiki. This might then lead to Koji taking advantage of the Hokage letting his guard down in “Boruto” Chapter 34.
As TheAnimeScrolls reports, Kashin Koji could make his move in “Boruto” Chapter 34 while Naruto is worn out after fighting Delta. Ignoring the fact that the bout should not have even left him winded in the first place, Koji could take this chance to finally nab Kawaki. After all, the young rebel is also weakened due to him getting his arm blown off.
It should be pointed out, however, that this version of Naruto appears to be a significantly nerfed version of who he is supposed to be. Many fans have echoed the same sentiments and saying that Delta should never have even given him a challenge even if he didn’t take her that seriously. Regardless, the events did happen the way they did, and “Boruto” Chapter 34 will likely showcase the consequences.
Koji taking Kawaki at this point makes sense for several reasons, the first of which is that only Kara has the means to grow the youngster’s arm back. Another reason is that “Boruto” Chapter 34 is where a new arc makes the most sense to start. After all, the story can’t just stagnate after building up as much momentum as it did during the bout.
Fans will see for themselves if this will be the case when “Boruto” Chapter 34 hits shelves. April 22 is the date to watch out for and fans can only hope that the plot will get a move on already.
