Fans of the anime series will be served another laid-back episode next week before a major arc arrives. “Black Clover” episode 67 will introduce the viewers to the Star Awards Festival and they can also expect some funny moments because of a “double date” happening during the festivities.

For a brief recap, the Black Bulls magic knights have just returned to the Clover Kingdom after an action-packed mission at the Witches’ Forest. The viewers have also been introduced to the Eye of the Midnight Sun and the magic stones. These are important parts of the upcoming arcs and events everyone should watch out for beyond “Black Clover” episode 67.

The title for “Black Clover” episode 67 brings fans’ attention to the “double date” involving Asta, Noelle, Kahono, and Kiato. The main protagonist will heal Kahono and Kiato with the magic that the Witch Queen gave him. Kiato will then suggest that all four of them should attend the Star Awards in a double date set up, with her being paired with Asta.

Unlike episode 66, “Black Clover” episode 67 is based on an actual manga chapter and fans can speculate what is going to happen in this double date. Expect Kahono to be more straightforward in expressing she wants to go to the festival as Asta’s date. Her confidence will also motivate her brother, Kiato, to ask Noelle to be his date.

Noelle will go to the festival as Kiato’s date in “Black Clover” episode 67. However, she will be quite distracted as Kahono makes the move on Asta and later realizes that the two can be a good match.

Meanwhile, before the Clover Kingdom magic knights are back on fighting evil mages and creatures, they will have time to relax especially during the Star Awards Festival on “Black Clover” episode 67. Anime-only fans might not be familiar with this occasion.

To bring them up to speed, this festival happens at the Clover Kingdom’s Royal Capital where everyone is invited to attend. It is being held every year and is supposed to pay tribute to the achievements of the Magic Knights. Each squad is awarded with stars based on their accomplishments for the entire year and that will determine their place in the squad rankings. “Black Clover” episode 67 will air on Jan. 22.
