HOUSTON, April 17, 2018 -- Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:BLCM), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing cellular immunotherapies for cancers and orphan inherited blood disorders, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $7.50 per share. The aggregate offering size, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, is expected to be approximately $60.0 million. The offering is expected to close on or about April 20, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
Citigroup and Jefferies are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. Guggenheim Securities, Ladenburg Thalmann and Raymond James are acting as co-managers.
