Evolution in the General Management composition of BOURBON
The Board of Directors of BOURBON, having met on January 5, 2016, announces the end of the mandate of Nicolas Malgrain as Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer. This mandate had taken effect on December 1, 2014.
The General Management of the company will continue to be lead by the Chief Executive Officer, Christian Lefèvre and the Executive Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer, Gaël Bodénès. They will be assisted by Géraldine Vitte-Roussel, Financial Director and Lilian Genevet, Assets, Treasury and Financing Director. The Chairman will continue to contribute to strategy and financial communication.
