BRUSSELS, Belgium, March 2, 2016 -- On 26 February 2016, Billion Infinity Investment Limited, Fidelidade - Companhia de Seguros, S.A. and affiliated entities (collectively, "Fosun") notified BHF Kleinwort Benson Group ("BHF KB") that their aggregate shareholding in BHF KB had crossed downward, on 22 February 2016, the threshold of 3% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in BHF KB and amounted to nil share representing 0% of the voting rights in BHF KB.
