ARK blockchain ecosystem to launch public testnest, mobile and desktop clients

The ARK blockchain ecosystem has announced the first publically available test network along with mobile and desktop clients, while the platform is currently in its final stages of ongoing ICO.

The testnet’s alpha version is accompanied by the launch of custom, open source mobile and desktop clients. The platform has also implemented few other improvements including updates to the core voting mechanism and network technology behind DPOS algorithm, the release stated.

The newly launched desktop and mobile wallet platforms are available on ARK’s official GitHub account along with ARK Core technology. Users can easily download and test the clients during the initial test phase. They can also provide feedback before the full launch in February 2017.

ARK will release the public testnet on December 9, 2016 that will also be available for the users to download and set up their first network nodes. The registered users will effectively become active delegates of ARK network. Along with the testnet, there will also be the launch of tutorials that will provide the much-needed guidance to the community.

ARK has also developed unique features like SmartBridge, which is a new technology that enables seamless integration of cross-blockchain operations. The ongoing ICO of ARK Token Exchange Campaign (TEC) will end on December 11, 2016.
