SANTA MONICA, Calif., Feb. 04, 2016 -- The board of directors of A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMRK), a full-service precious metals trading company and an official distributor for all the major sovereign Mints, has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share for the fiscal second quarter of 2016. This represents a 40% increase from the previous quarterly rate of $0.05 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on or about February 22, 2016 to all stockholders of record as of February 8, 2016.
