Associate Professor Desbrow is a distinctively experienced and qualified dietitian with extensive expertise in the areas of clinical and sports nutrition. Following eight years of clinical work he was awarded the inaugural Nestle Fellowship in Sports Nutrition at the Australian Institute of Sport. Following the fellowship, he completed a PhD in sports nutrition at Griffith University. Ben conducts research in the areas of applied sports and clinical nutrition, with a focus on hydration and human performance.
