Mayank Kejriwal is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, and a Research Lead at the USC Information Sciences Institute. Dr. Kejriwal's research focuses on knowledge graphs, an exciting area of Artificial Intelligence and data analytics research that has found widespread applications in e-commerce and industry, health informatics, crisis response, social media analysis and AI for social good. Dr. Kejriwal's research has been applied to difficult problems such as fighting human trafficking. Dr. Kejriwal is co-author of an MIT Press textbook on knowledge graphs, and is also author of Domain-specific Knowledge Graph Construction (Springer, 2019) which has been downloaded thousands of times.
