SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 28, 2017 -- Zignal Labs today announced its expansion to New York City and new executive hires. Zignal’s new office in New York City will service its growing base of enterprise clients across the financial, media, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing and consumer packaged goods industries. Today’s announcement builds upon Zignal’s existing offices in both San Francisco and Washington D.C.
“New York City represents a strategic marketplace hub where business, culture, and media intersect -- creating a tremendous opportunity for Zignal’s media and social intelligence solutions,” said Josh Ginsberg, CEO and Co-founder of Zignal Labs. “We offer brands the real-time predictive analytics they need to make strong operational, marketing and strategic communications decisions. Our technology leadership combined with local media intelligence expertise will accelerate our regional presence in key sectors, particularly finance, media and pharmaceuticals.”
Concurrently, Zignal announced two new appointments to its senior executive staff, Chief Financial Officer Chris Krook and Adam Bambrough, now Vice President of Customer Success. Based in San Francisco, Krook joins Zignal Labs from the employee communications software firm GuideSpark, where he also served as CFO. Bambrough comes to Zignal Labs by way of Brandwatch, where he most recently was the company’s Vice President of Customer Programs and Experience. Bambrough is based in New York City.
“We’re thrilled to round out a strong senior-level executive team with Chris and Adam,” said Ginsberg. “They share our passion for bringing the best in next-generation analytics to brands that are continually confronting the breakneck pace of today’s communications and social landscape.”
