LAFAYETTE, Ind., Dec. 18, 2017 -- Wabash National Corporation (NYSE:WNC) today announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase in the company’s regular quarterly dividend to $0.075 per share of common stock. This represents an increase of 25 percent versus the prior quarterly dividend rate of $0.06 per share.
“The decision by the Board of Directors to increase the regular quarterly dividend demonstrates continued confidence in the execution of our strategic growth plan and delivers on our commitment to return capital to our shareholders,” said Dick Giromini, chief executive officer.
The dividend declared is payable January 25, 2018, to stockholders of record on January 4, 2018.
