“Tokyo Ghoul” re Episode 10 will be inching closer to the show’s finale which will mark the end of the beloved series. The previous episode saw that for the first time in the entire show, the CCG and the ghouls are working together in order to help Kaneki with his current situation.
Right now, Furuta’s got the upper hand as he managed to execute his plans flawlessly by manipulating Mutsuki. Consumed by grief and guilt, Mutsuki tried to kill himself but Urie stopped him. Urie and Saiko then proceed to lift up his spirit and convinced their comrade to keep on fighting. “Tokyo Ghoul” re Episode 10 will also have Kaneki confront his past as he’s going to meet Rize once again.
It’s unclear how this exchange will transpire since this installment is cramming a lot of source material into 12 episodes. To be precise, all 12 episodes will include 120 chapters in the manga, which means a lot of sequences have been omitted in the animated version. And this is a good thing since the flow of the plotline is compact and isn’t filled with fillers. Currently, the ghouls and CCG are trying to find Kaneki within his Dragon Form and a lot of fighting will be featured in “Tokyo Ghoul” re Episode 10.
The previous episode already saw that the Dragon produced numerous golems that are preventing the protagonists from finding Kaneki’s unconscious body. While the CCG is holding their ground, it wouldn’t be long before the overwhelming waves of golems take a toll on the good guys’ numbers. Hopefully, the ghouls will find Kaneki “Tokyo Ghoul” re Episode 10 so that their effort will shift in bringing Furuta to justice.
But that is a tall order given how massive the Dragon Form is. Even with all the metal detectors provided in the previous episode, the protagonists would find it difficult in locating where exactly is Kaneki being held. As for when “Tokyo Ghoul” re Episode 10 will be released, it’s slated to come out on Dec. 11.
