HAMILTON, Bermuda, Jan. 22, 2016 -- Till Capital Ltd. (NASDAQ:TIL) (TSX.V:TIL) (the “Company” or “Till”), a Bermuda domiciled company, announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Timothy Leybold, has decided to resign his position with the Company effective January 22, 2016, with payments from the Company as agreed between the parties. Mr. Leybold has agreed to remain available to advise and assist the Company as needed through February 21, 2016. Till Capital wishes Mr. Leybold well in his future endeavors.

However, if any one shareholder of Till Capital beneficially owns, or exercises control or direction over, more than 50% of the issued and outstanding Till Capital shares, the 9.9% Restriction will cease to apply to the Till Capital shares.
