‘The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods’ episode 22: Derieri and Monspeet fights Estarossa

The war finally starts in “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 22. Two of the Archangels will reveal that they are targeting one person within the Demon’s camp in particular. Meanwhile, Estarossa will spot two of members of the Ten Commandments.

Arthur was surprised to find that Chandler and Cusack, whom he previously attacked, were unharmed at all. Apparently, the demons were just playing with him and weren’t really that serious.

Arthur decided to attack once more. However, he immediately stopped as his body could no longer put up with the strain and was injured instead. As Cusack explained, his body is not strong enough to wield the sword as well as the techniques of its previous owners.

Just as Cusack was about to kill Arthur, Merlin suddenly appeared and encased the demon in ice. She teleported Arthur away from Camelot.

However, Cusack activated his technique Resonant and controlled Arthur’s body. He then instructed Arthur to impale his own self using Excalibur.

Elizabeth tried to heal him but they can’t take the sword out of Arthur’s body. It seems that Arthur is hovering between life and death as even Merlin is unsure where his soul is at the moment.

Meanwhile, the alliance is gearing up for their attack on Camelot. It was agreed that Ludiciel, Merlin, and Escanor will lead the attack.

The Demon Clan members were busy preparing for the coming attack as well. Zeldris reminded Meliodas of their arrangement in return for helping the latter to become the Demon King. Meliodas then absorbed the Commandments he managed to gather thus far.

The battle will finally start in “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 22, which will be aptly titled “Britannia’s War of Destruction.” Members of the Seven Deadly Sins will amaze the warriors as they display their skills while dealing with the seemingly endless demon horde.

Meanwhile, Sariel and Tarmiel will reveal that one of the goals in the war is to avenge their fallen member, Mael. This time, they are bent on killing Meliodas’ brother Estarossa.

Derieri and Monspeet will eventually learn that war has started. Derieri will decide to go to Zeldris so she could return the Commandment to him. However, Estarossa will be able to find out their location. A fight between the two camps will ensue.
