‘The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 19 recap

It was all a part of Merlin’s brilliant plan. She distracted Zeldris to the point that he did not react fast enough when Ludociel attacked afar and took a direct hit. Of course, Zeldris retaliated by casting a long-range attack but the two did not engage in a close-range clash. Merlin and the rest quietly slipped away and escaped to Camelot.

Meanwhile, Meliodas was looking for Elizabeth and flew away. Seeing that his master was gone, Chandler created two batlike creatures out of both his cheeks and instructed them to find and kill Elizabeth.

When the Seven Deadly Sins arrive in Camelot, Zeldris’ minion demons were about to attack the humans. Fortunately, Merlin was able to teleport everyone back to Liones. Diane also met with Elizabeth and was able to prevent Chandler’s creature from killing Elizabeth.

The King of Liones was surprised when his men reported that those previously kidnapped by the demons suddenly appeared back in Liones. He knew that it must be due to the Seven Deadly Sins.

The king later held a feast to honor the Seven Deadly Sins. However, in the midst of the celebration, Gilthunder arrived together with Princess Margaret and the entourage. But Elizabeth got suspicious and confirmed in front of everyone that it’s no longer Margaret but the Goddess’ clans’ Ludociel possessing her body.

However, Ludociel played his cards just right. The Seven Deadly Sins, how headed by Elizabeth, entered into an alliance with Stigma.
