‘The Promised Neverland’ chapter 167: Will Emma successfully take over Grace Field House?

“The Promised Neverland” chapter 167 Emma’s team will try to turn the tables on the Ratri Clan. While the clan already made preparations to cut off their escape route, it turns out they never planned to go out of Grace Field House, to begin with.

In the recently released “The Promised Neverland” chapter 166, it was revealed how Emma, Ray, and Norman planned for their infiltration into the Grace Field House. Three days before they attacked, the team had a brainstorming session as they planned out the best route that would take them to the hostages.

Combining intel gathered by Minerva and Smee, they deduced that there are between 30 and 40 demons as well as 100 human employees at the Grace Field House. On top of that are 2,000 Imperial soldiers as well as forces of the Ratri Clan.

They chose the route with the least resistance to No. 2 storage on B2, where the hostages were kept. On the actual day of their infiltration, their plan was carried out without a hitch at all.

When the lights went back on, the rescuers had the element of surprise on their side. As a result, the group of humans quickly eliminated the demon soldiers located near storage No. 2.

But it also thanks to the Ratri Clan head Peter Ratri. He actually predicted the route Emma, Ray, and Norman would take and allowed them to pass unhindered.

According to Peter, the 2,000 Imperial soldiers outside are there to block off all possible exits so the hostages and their would-be rescuers are all basically trapped. “Besides, they weren’t able to infiltrate so easily, we allowed them to,” he explained.

But unknown to him, the human rescuers were actually counting on Peter to have that sort of plan. As the children began worrying about the blocked exits, the team sealed the entrance to their location instead.

As explained by Emma, they already knew Ratri would block the exit. “We never intend to escape,” Emma said. “We’re taking over Grace Field Farm.”

Peter Ratri will eventually realize Emma, Ray and Norman’s intention in the coming “The Promised Neverland” chapter 167. It is possible that his team will try to blast their way through the entryway sealed shut by Emma and her team.

Meanwhile, the children will be expected to deal with Isabella in “The Promised Neverland” chapter 167. It must be noted that just moments ago, she already gave the order to start executing the children. Now that the youngsters have the upper hand, what will they do to the person they used to call “Mom”?
