The Promised Neverland.Mugiworld/YouTube

Following the action-packed chapter of finding medicine, Emma and the rest will need to make use of them soon along with Minerva’s group. However, things might just take a turn for the worse in “The Promised Neverland” Chapter 118 if the leaked image is anything to go by. Basically, fans are looking at the potential return of Norman and the demons might have just caught Emma.

There were a lot of developments in the previous chapter that might be relevant points of discussion for “The Promised Neverland” Chapter 118. For starters, there’s the fact that Zazie seems to have superhuman strength and this could have something to do with experiments conducted on him. As Minerva’s attack dog, there is likely to be a discussion among the four children about him as they make their way back.

However, considering the leaked images that has been circulating the web, it’s clear that things will take an even more interesting turn in “The Promised Neverland” Chapter 118. As fans should be able to see, someone who appears to look like a bigger version of Norman has appeared. It isn’t clear yet if he has done so after Emma was captured by demons or if Norman is with Minerva and the other humans.

The last time that fans saw Norman, he appeared to have died. However, there have been theories that he was not actually killed but rather, saved in order to be used for some other purpose. Considering his supreme intelligence, he might have been used to further the demons’ agenda. He could have also been freed by the mothers and grandmother to help them with their situation. Either way, “The Promised Neverland” Chapter 118 should provide some clarification.

Unfortunately, fans will have to wait until Jan. 6 to find out what happens next. “The Promised Neverland” Chapter 118 will be released after the holiday break.
