‘The Originals’ Season 4, Episode 11 Spoilers: “A Spirit Here That Won't Be Broken" – Freya Enlists Klaus, Rebekah to Destroy Magical Totem Fueling The Hollow’s Powers

‘The Originals’ season 4’s episode 11, titled “A Spirit Here That Won't Be Broken," is set to follow Freya as she attempts to find and destroy the magical totem that turns out to be fueling The Hollow’s power. She will enlist Klaus and Rebekah’s help for the dangerous task at hand. Meanwhile, Rebekah will be forced to confront the growing tension between Marcel and herself.

The lengthy synopsis for “A Spirit Here That Won't Be Broken” posted on TV Guide reads, “Freya (guest star Riley Voelkel) tries to destroy a magical totem that fuels The Hollow. Meanwhile, an ultimatum by The Hollow puts Kol (guest star Nathaniel Buzolic) at odds with his own siblings;

an unexpected run-in forces Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) and Rebekah (Claire Holt) to confront the growing tension between them; and The Hollow's plan for Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) leaves her in the fight of her life.”

The upcoming episode will follow Freya as she enlists Rebekah and Klaus’ (Joseph Morgan) help in locating and eventually destroying a magical totem that is fueling The Hollow’s power. Rebekah, on the other hand, will have an unexpected run-in that forces her and Marcel to confront the growing tension between them.

Meanwhile, an ultimatum by The Hollow will put Kol at odds with his own family, according to Cartermatt. Kol will have to find a way to get himself out of his difficult situation that poses danger to the lives of loved ones as well as himself.

‘The Originals’ season 4’s episode 11, titled “A Spirit Here That Won't Be Broken," is scheduled to air on June 9, 2017 on The CW. It was directed by Hanelle Culpepper and written by Carina Adly MacKenzie and Michael Russo. It will be followed by episode 12, titled "Voodoo Child," directed by Michael Grossman and scheduled to be released on June 16.
