Season 1’s 26 episodes were produced by the studio Madhouse, one of the well-known anime producers in the world. The “The Irregular At Magic High School” series is just one of the popular titles that Madhouse has worked on over the years. However, there has been a long-running perception that Madhouse is notorious for not coming back to work on sequels, whether it is an anime series or a movie. Will this be the case for “The Irregular At Magic High School” season 2?
First, it is important to note that some franchises already shattered the myth that Madhouse deliberately does not work on second seasons. For example, the studio has consistently produced all three seasons of Kugane Murayama’s “Overlord” anime adaptation.
