“The Big Bang Theory” Season 12 Episode 8 is going to be an interesting episode in that it will feature Sheldon (Jim Parsons) making the first move to actually bond with Amy’s (Mayim Bialik) parents. However, things don’t go exactly as planned since Howard (Simon Helberg) steals Mr. Fowler (Raymond Joseph Teller). This leaves the physicist with no choice but to hang out with Mrs. Fowler (Kathy Bates) instead.
In the promo clip of “The Big Bang Theory” Season 12 Episode 8, it’s hinted that Sheldon will be spending some time with Mr. Fowler. Upon arriving at the comic book store, they meet Howard who then shows off his magic tricks. It would seem that the older gentleman is easily impressed and is thus enraptured by further illusions. This then leads to all kinds of shenanigans
“Sheldon tries to bond with Amy’s father, but when Wolowitz lures Mr. Fowler (Teller) away with magic tricks, Sheldon has no choice but to bond with Mrs. Fowler (Kathy Bates). Also, Koothrappali and Anu try to get physical for the first time,” the clip’s description reads.
Long-time fans of the show might remember an episode a while back where Sheldon bonded with Howard’s father-in-law over a discussion about American football. Perhaps “The Big Bang Theory” Season 12 Episode 8 is where the engineer finally gets his revenge?
In another clip featuring a sneak peek of “The Big Bang Theory” Season 12 Episode 8, the reason why Sheldon would even bother hanging out with Amy’s parents is revealed. It shows just how far Sheldon’s character has evolved from his early days as an antisocial germaphobe who was incapable of showing consideration.
“The Big Bang Theory” Season 12 Episode 8 is scheduled to air on Nov. 8 on CBS. It’s an opportunity for fans to see a truly profound change in their favorite neurotic scientist.
