She consults with boards, CEOs, and management teams on executive assessment and coaching, senior team effectiveness, leading transformational change, and CEO succession. She has worked in a variety of industries, including law, insurance, scientific instrumentation, industrial, and consumer packaged goods and with private equity firms.
