In the AI-infused ad battle amongst fast food giants, Subway enters the ring with its footlong sandwich, emerging victorious as per AI model, ChatGPT's verdict. The footlong outshines Burger King's Whopper and McDonald's Big Mac in this AI-adjudicated culinary showdown.
Subway has now challenged ChatGPT to compare their footlong sandwich to the Whopper and the Big Mac. After analyzing it all, ChatGPT has declared that the Big Mac and Whopper are no match for Subway's giant sandwich!
According to Franki Goodwin, chief creative officer at Saatchi & Saatchi, everyone's talking about ChatGPT, and they couldn't resist jumping on this buzzworthy convo. He added that Subway's new Series menu launch is a huge moment, and they're thrilled that Subway's Footlong has been crowned supreme by ChatGPT.
What's more, the original billboards that started everything were found side by side in Brazil thanks to the creativity of David São Paulo and Galeria.ag. Subway couldn't resist joining in on the fun and proving that their sandwiches are the biggest and the best. Humor is the perfect way to grab attention, which is why the original billboards in Brazil by David São Paulo and Galeria.ag caused such a stir.
Kirstey Elston, Subway UK and Ireland's Marketing Director can't help but gloat that when it comes to iconic sandwiches, Subway's at the top, noting that even ChatGPT recognizes that our Footlong sandwich "reigns supreme."
Burger King in Brazil responded to McDonald's ad based on the chatbot's response by erecting a billboard next to it.
The advertising both use replies produced by ChatGPT and have a similar style; according to translated copies of the billboards, the chatbot labels McDonald's Big Mac the most "iconic burger" and names Burger King's Whopper "the biggest."
When McDonald's asked OpenAI's chatbot what the most iconic burger in the world was, it responded that the Big Mac was the "most globally recognized."
The Burger King advertisement appears to copy McDonald's by posing the question, "And which is the biggest?" It claims that The Whopper is the biggest in terms of size and ingredient count.
