(OTC Pink:SOMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share on the outstanding shares of the corporation’s stock. The dividend is payable on April 20, 2018 to shareholders of record April 6, 2018. The annualized cash dividend of $0.84 per share represents a 2.31% dividend yield based on the current market price of $36.40 per share.
