Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki’s divorce was finalized in July, less than a month after the latter filed the papers at the Seoul Family Court. The actor took a break for about two weeks since he already has his schedules for a movie filming while his ex-wife just continued to appear in public.
She was socializing with other A-listers abroad, and this led people to bash her since most of them expected Hye Kyo to lie low too following the announcement of their split. She also traveled in between her promotional schedules, so people were saying that she was really unaffected by her divorce.
Hye Kyo’s return to social media
But despite being visibly in public, Song Hye Kyo stopped using her social media account since June. She also deleted photos of herself with Song Joong Ki, although there's really not that many pics as there are only two pictures in all.
Now, three months since the court declared their divorce as official, the actress is back on Instagram. Just two days ago, she posted a series of pictures from her Suecomma Bonnie photoshoot, and fans commented that she looks so gorgeous. She is the official brand ambassador of the premium Korean sneaker line, and the designs really fit her image.
On her post, she also tagged the photographer Mok Jung Wok and the brand’s Instagram pages. As of this time, Song Hye Kyo’s latest update was liked by more than 980,000 people.
Actress’ registers at an art school
The “Descendants of the Sun” actress was said to be taking a break, but it is not the kind where she will be at home or going somewhere to have some time alone. According to Allkpop, she enrolled at an art school in New York City for a short course, but it was not revealed what exactly she is taking up.
But most likely, it may be related to fashion since she has expressed her great interest in the field. She is also friends with fashion designers so they could have influenced her to study again. Meanwhile, Song Hye Kyo was reported to be reviewing an offer to star in the movie titled “Anna,” while Song Joong Ki is currently filming “Victory” with English actor Richard Armitage.
