Social investing app investFeed partners with fintech startup Trading Ticket

Investment tech startup Trading Ticket has partnered with investFeed, an app that creates a social network, similar to Twitter, for investing and stock trading.

investFeed made the announcement in an online post alongside the rollout of investFeed 2.0 on Desktop, which offers an open and transparent retail investing experience to the masses. It said that there was a consistent query from its users regarding connecting their existing brokerage account. Based on user feedback, investFeed started working towards Full Retail Brokerage integration.

“The move away from quantifying member ratings to actual trade orders was way overdue and had taken a long time, but it was critical to the mission of full transparency. To make this happen, we partnered with a New York based company called Trading Ticket”, it said. “With their strong emphasis on security and comprehensive support for brokerage data, investFeed now currently supports a long list of leading retail brokerages with many more in the pipeline.”

As a result of this partnership, users will now be able to immediately buy or sell stocks in app as well as view other user’s trades, thereby creating a transparent investing environment.

Founded by Nathan Richardson, Serge Kreiker and Gaspard de Dreuzy, Trading Ticket closed a $4 million seed round last year. Its first product, TradeIt, allows users to quickly and easily place orders with their existing online brokerage accounts from any website or mobile device. TradeIt has built a robust technology platform that can be easily integrated and embedded into any website, mobile device or advertising unit. It is available on over 45 publisher partners' apps and sites, has over $4B in linked portfolios and has processed over $250 million in orders in the last three months.
