MILPITAS, Calif., July 19, 2017 -- Sierra Monitor Corporation (OTCQB:SRMC), a provider of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions that target facility automation and facility safety requirements, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on August 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on August 1, 2017. This is the twentieth consecutive quarterly dividend to be paid by the company and represents a quarterly payout of $101,906 in aggregate, based on 10,190,625 shares outstanding as of June 30, 2017.
