TULSA, Okla., Sept. 12, 2017 -- SemGroup® Corporation (NYSE:SEMG) today announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $300 million in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2026 (the “notes”) for sale in a private placement to eligible purchasers. SemGroup intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to repay a portion of the amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility.
