BROOMFIELD, Colo., Jan. 15, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE:HII) announced today that its SN3 subsidiary has been awarded a four-year, $300,000 contract from the city of Carlsbad, New Mexico, for landfill engineering services.
SN3 will provide groundwater and air quality monitoring and compliance, post-closure compliance, and other related services for the closed Carlsbad Municipal Landfill. SN3 has held previous contracts for this work since 2005 and has assisted the city in bringing its groundwater monitoring and reporting program into regulatory compliance.
