LOS ANGELES, Sept. 26, 2017 -- SADA Systems, a global leader in business and technology consulting services, announces new training and consulting packages for enterprise and midmarket companies that are planning to implement Facebook’s Workplace, an enterprise collaboration platform designed for businesses. SADA was selected last fall by Facebook as an original Workplace Services Partner. Since then, SADA Systems, also a premier partner of Google and Microsoft, has deployed Workplace to various organizations including WilsonHCG.
“We have found much greater adoption of Workplace for our 600-employee team, compared with our previous enterprise collaboration solution,” says John Wilson, CEO at WilsonHCG, a global talent solutions provider. “Executives love it and use it much more readily than our previous platform, which is primarily due to Workplace’s excellent mobile platform and familiarity. As well, our 200 remote employees tell us that they feel more connected to the company, and that’s important for our cohesiveness and ability to deliver great service to our clients.”
Workplace is an enterprise collaboration platform people already know, adapted for internal communications. It's separate from employees’ personal Facebook accounts, and includes easy ways for people to communicate and share ideas at work. SADA offers a full suite of services for Workplace customers, including implementation and security setup, technical consulting, change management and champion training, custom development and integrations, and customized training. The firm has configured its Facebook Workplace training and services packages as such:
- Workplace Setup & Launch includes setup and configuration of Workplace with security settings and preferences; setup and monitoring of groups; a review of dashboards and reports; creating a launch plan; identification of Champions; and communication of roll-out and action items
- Workplace for Managers includes best practices for being better leaders with Workplace; effective communication and engagement tactics; customization of settings and preferences; and management of groups and projects
- Workplace for Workforce includes best practices for group collaboration and team engagement; sharing of photos, videos, ideas and relevant content; best practices for chat and Workplace Live; and customization of settings and preferences
- Workplace Custom Integrations includes a review of systems requiring integrations and prioritization; assessment and scoping of custom deliverables; identification of custom bots needed for the user base; and a design/implementation plan with roadmap and deliverables
“For the past year, SADA and Facebook have been working together to help large and midmarket companies boost productivity by connecting and engaging employees through Workplace,” says Tony Safoian, President and CEO at SADA Systems. “And the response from customers has been enthusiastic, which speaks to the lengths to which Facebook has gone to deliver a solution that meets the needs of enterprise organizations. We are incredibly optimistic about the future of our Workplace practice, and believe the services we’re announcing today will help companies get immediate and long-term value from their Workplace investments.”
