(NASDAQ:RMBL) today announced the closing of an underwritten public offering of 2,910,000 shares of its Class B common stock at a price of $5.50 per share. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 436,500 additional shares of Class B common stock until November 19, 2017. After the underwriting discount and estimated offering fees and expenses payable by the Company, RumbleOn expects net proceeds of approximately $14.5 million
