Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart are household names and superstars now but before they attained this status, they were extras and played small roles in movies and TV series. Needless to say, they only received meager salaries but with their perseverance, the two made it in Hollywood and receiving millions today.
Before teaming up with Kristen Stewart in “Twilight,” Robert Pattinson revealed during his interview with W Magazine that he was cast in Reese Witherspoon’s “Vanity Fair” but unfortunately he was removed from the final cut. “I went to the screening, and no one had informed me that I was cut,” he said.
However, Robert Pattinson shared that he was glad it happened because due to that incident, the director felt guilty that he cast him on “Harry Potter.” From there, he was chosen to be Kristen Stewart’s love interest as Edward Cullen in the worldwide hit “Twilight” movie series.
The movie brought in more than $3.2 billion profits so no doubt Robert Pattinson’s savings also ballooned. As per the Celebrity Net Worth, the actor is now estimated to worth $100 million. Kristen Stewart’s ex is set to earn more millions once he becomes the final choice for “Batman.”
Currently, he is being considered for the role after Ben Affleck gave up his cape. If everything goes well, this will be Robert Pattinson’s next big project. As for Kristen Stewart, she started her career in Disney TV productions before starring in “Panic Room” in 2002.
Although she was still a teen, she started accepting adult roles and later she was chosen as Bella Swan for “Twilight.” Just like Robert Pattinson, the movie was her biggest break and made her financially secured for life. Wealthy Gorilla reported that Kristen Stewart is now worth at least $70 million even before turning 25.
As for Kristen Stewart’s next project, just like her ex, Robert Pattinson, she is being considered for a big movie – Charlie’s Angels. Although the exes are doing different projects these days, fans are still hoping they would star again in a movie and it does not matter what kind of film, as long as they reunite.
