“Rick and Morty” season 4 episode 3 is up next and it has been titled “One Crew Over The Crewcoo's Morty.” Apparently, this title was taken from 1975’s film called “One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest,” however, the story is totally unrelated to the popular Adult Swim animated series.
As shared on the show’s social media page, “Rick and Morty” season 4 episode 3 will offer “Lots of twists and turns this time” and they even asked the fans to “Wear your helmets.” This seems to suggest that the grandfather and grandson duo are off to another trip to the intergalactic dimension.
Episode 3 plot summary
In the episode teaser of “Rick and Morty” season 4 episode 3, it showed the pair aboard the spaceship and they finally landed to some place where Rick met up with his former alien accomplice that he called Glar. The alien is happy to see his old friend and he sincerely greeted Rick with a curse. But of course, this is acceptable between them.
Glar is a muscular three-eyed alien and although he looks intimidating with his size, he is very friendly with Rick and Morty. Now, the old man immediately gets into business and reveals to his old pal why he showed up on his planet. It turns out that Rick is looking for some people or perhaps, aliens - for his new project.
Rick’s new recruits Rick
While walking, they met a woman and she seems ready to help Rick. To show she is qualified, she took out all her robotic arms and each one appears to have its own function just like a Swiss knife.
“Suppose I had a job that didn’t care if you’ve done time,” Rick told the woman. “Or whatever’s going on with your confusing-ass hands!” With this simple invitation, the woman quickly agreed to join the mad scientist by answering, “I’m in.”
Another new recruit to Rick’s project is called Truckula who has a foul mouth as he cursed at Rick just by seeing him while they walk along the path. But then, he started to sound nice when he learned about Rick’s mysterious job offer and he joined them. With his newly-assembled group, it is yet to see what the grandpa is up to in “Rick and Morty” season 4 episode 3.
Finally, “Rick and Morty” season 4 episode 3 is airing on Nov. 24 at 11:30 p.m. on Adult Swim. Check out the promo video below.
