‘Ray Donovan’ season 4’s episode 5, entitled “Get Even Before Leavin’”, will follow Ray and Mickey as they embark on a road trip to see Pimm. Meanwhile, Bunchy’s situation gets worse as he deals with Teresa’s absence while he tries to care for their baby Maria.
The synopsis posted on Carter Matt stated, “With the Russian mob threatening his family, Ray goes on a road trip with Mickey to Primm in hopes of recovering money stolen from a local casino owner. Meanwhile, Terry gains confidence as a trainer and gets renewed interest in the gym; and Bunchy and Bridget take turns looking after baby Maria when Teresa withdraws to her family’s house to seek refuge from the pressures of being a new mom.”
It seems that Ray (Live Schreiber) would have to team up with Mickey (Jon Voight) despite their differences to get things done. They need to get to Primm (Ted Levine) to get some money back but the trip may see some crazy things happening along the way.
According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Ray reminds his father that $250,000 bounty is offered to whoever can bring him in but Mickey is confident that he won’t get caught. Mickey says, “I’ve done this a thousand times, I’m a professional.” However, Ray gets a call from his wife Abby (Paula Malcomson), who tells him, “I got a bad feeling about this Ray.”
Ray doesn’t seem to trust Abby’s guts and he proceeds with the road trip with his father. The two not only get on the trip to settle the issues between them but also to deal with people who are getting in their way. However, they end up getting arrested.
Meanwhile, it would be interesting to see how Bunchy (Dash Mihok) and Bridget (Kerris Dorsey) figure out a way to take care of Maria without her actual mother around. Teresa (Alyssa Diaz) decided to spend time away for a while. She reportedly suffers from post-partum depression and is a threat to herself, baby Maria, and even Bunchy.
Terry (Eddie Marsan), on the other hand, is on his way to getting back to his old self despite his struggle with Parkinson’s disease.
