WELLESLEY, Mass., Sept. 15, 2016 -- REZ-1, Inc., a leading provider of asset management, equipment reservation, billing and reload services to the domestic intermodal industry, will present its new global logistics applications at the Intermodal EXPO in Houston September 18-20, 2016.
“We are using the IANA EXPO to begin communicating our expanded capabilities,” said Marie Colbert, chief executive officer of REZ-1, who continued, “Whether it is an IMC looking for a 53’ domestic container, an ocean carrier looking for inland container management and reload services, a freight forwarder looking for first/last mile visibility, or an asset owner looking for an M&R module, REZ-1 is positioned to meet their needs.”
REZ-1’s new capabilities include Dispatch Manager, which connects 3PLs and ocean carriers to a large network of motor carriers in more than 60 countries. The solution enables real-time capture of critical shipment events such as POD by mobile app, web or systems integration. Equipment Repair standardizes and automates the M&R process, bringing admin and cost savings to both equipment owners and their vendors.
