Queen Elizabeth is said to be in favor of Prince William taking the throne instead of her own son, Prince Charles. The report stated that Princess Diana’s eldest son took over and prevented his father to become the king. The prince’s bold move was said to have the blessings of the Queen.
According to the National Enquirer, Prince William seized the throne from Prince Charles and in doing so, he was able to save the monarchy as the latter may only split the sovereignty is he ascends to the throne. Consequently, Camilla Parker-Bowle’s husband was said to have launched a backstabbing war against his own son.
“Charles, who is accused of murdering William’s mother, Diana, is likely to be exiled along with Harry, his wife and their newborn son, Archie,” a royal courtier supposedly told the tabloid. “Her Majesty intends to abdicate before year’s end and will make the bold move of having her grandson, Prince William, ascend the throne instead of Prince Charles.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been mentioned because it was claimed that the former is now a threat to his older brother’s throne. It was added that the Duke of Cornwall has been waiting for decades for Queen Elizabeth to declare him as the king and even forcing her to make an announcement, but she remained firm and denounced her son’s requests.
“Now 70, Prince Charles has been king-in-waiting-for over six decades, and he has been pushing his mother to declare him her successor by telling Her Majesty that William is too young and inexperienced,” the source further stated. “In a shocking showdown at Buckingham Palace, Elizabeth told her oldest child he is out and that William will be the next king of Britain.”
As Gossip Cop challenged the contents of the National Enquirer report as the article seems to be flawed. The publication mentioned that the report is impossible to happen as Queen Elizabeth cannot just say “You can’t be the king and I’m handing over the throne to Prince William” as the ascension to the throne requires a proper process.
Finally, GC mentioned that the royal matriarch completely trust Prince Charles and she said so during a toast at her son’s 70th birthday last year. At that time, the queen said that Prince Charles is a dedicated and respected heir to the throne to stand comparison with any in history.
