‘Prison Break’ Season 6 Spoilers, News & Update: Still Coming, But No Script Yet

As arguably one of the most popular TV shows to have ever existed, it’s only natural that fans would be looking forward to “Prison Break” Season 6 after it was confirmed. However, it’s the second half of 2018 already and not a scrap of information about the new season has come out recently. Based on the most recent coverage of the show, it seems a script is still in the works.

The prospect of “Prison Break” Season 6 is an exciting one for a lot of fans, especially given the quality of the previous season and how it ended. As Otaku Art notes, it’s impressive how the program has managed to maintain the quality that it can put out season after season. Unfortunately, since its confirmation, tiny details about the show has come out.

Fans eagerly await any information with regards to “Prison Break” Season 6. So far, though, the only thing that anyone knows for sure is the cast who will be returning to the show. Wentworth Miller will be coming back as Michael Scofield while Dominic Purcell will be reprising his role as Lincoln Burrows. Many other cast and characters will be returning, as well.

As for when shooting begins, there have been no details with regards to this particular aspect of “Prison Break” Season 6. The same goes for whether or not there is already a script since a recent E! News report passively mentioned that the script is still not finished. This is a telling sign that the show could still be a long way off from airing since filming would be difficult without a script.

In terms of what “Prison Break” Season 6 will be about, the most recent clue available comes via a tweet by creator Paul T. Scheuring all the way back in March. At the time, he wrote that they are going back to the beginning. As to what this even means, at this point, it remains a mystery.
