“Power” season 6 episode is coming up next and it will be an exciting story as fans are expecting that it will reveal the identity of the shooter who put the bullet on Ghost’s chest. Fans will get to see the next story when the show returns after the midseason break so everyone still have to wait for a few weeks starting today.
James “Ghost” St. Patrick was shot in the previous episode. He fell backward but his dead body was not shown. While many viewers want to know who the culprit is, there are lots who are also asking if Ghost died since his fate is not clear.
Faking his death?
There are suggestions that Ghost is could have fake his own death and this theory started to make sense when showrunner Courtney Kemp seemed to have hinted that Ghost is alive. “He got shot,” she told TV Line. “I didn’t see him die. Did you see him die? You did not.”
In the theory that St.Patrick faked his own death, fans said that he did this to take the attention off him. He wants to escape from the threats and live a new life thus he could have really done it. Moreover, in the comment section of “Power” season 6 episode 11 teaser, someone wrote, “Ghost planned it all to take the heat of him. He knew his enemies were coming for him and the feds and the call to 2bit was to arrange the hit so Ghost ain’t dead.”
Suspects in Ghost’s shooting
Aside from the mentioned theory, there are people who believe that if someone else shot him, it would be Paz, Angela’s sister. This is because she wants revenge for the untimely death of her sister. She thinks it was Ghost who shot her and with this misunderstanding, she formed a nasty grudge against her sister’s former lover.
Another popular suggestion is that Tariq shot his own father. They said that all evidence point at him as the shooter plus, he has reasons to kill his dad too.
In any case, “Power” season 6 episode 11 will feature the story called “Still Dre.” The crime drama is set to return for the last five episodes on Jan. 5, 2020 at 9 p.m. on Starz. This is the last installment of the series.
