CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Sept. 20, 2017 -- Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ:PEGA), the software company empowering customer engagement at the world’s leading enterprises, today announced it has appointed Frank Guerrera as chief technical systems officer. With more than 25 years’ experience in technology operations and engineering, Mr. Guerrera will focus on driving optimal client results through Pega’s cloud services.
Over the past 10 years, Mr. Guerrera has held similar senior roles successfully driving the transformation and growth of leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) vendors. He will direct Pega’s cloud strategy to ensure continued innovation, excellence, and competitive differentiation.
Most recently, Mr. Guerrera was vice president of SaaS services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Previous positions include senior vice president of global infrastructure operations at Salesforce and vice president of cloud services at Nuance Communications. Prior to that, he held C-level roles at a number of technology organizations and operational positions at industry-leading corporations including State Street, Reuters, Fidelity, and J.P. Morgan.
Mr. Guerrera holds a degree in Business Administration from the College of Technology at State University of New York – Farmingdale.
