Park Shin Hye and Lee Hong Ki met each other on the set of “You’re Beautiful” in 2009 and since then they become inseparable. Although they are in a different field in the entertainment business, they managed to stick together and remained close over the years. Below are the times when they showed off their strong bond.

They can talk about each others dating life

In 2017, Lee Hong Ki made an appearance on Park Myung Soo‘s KBS Cool FM radio and during the interview, he revealed something about Shin Hye’s dating life! The singer revealed that she is so close to the actress that he knows her dating life so well.

Koreaboo reported that Hong Ki went on to disclose that Park Shin Hye doesn’t really have a lot of experience when it comes to dating and she barely even date because she is a workaholic. She spends much of her time at work than pursue romance.

They make time to meet up despite their busy schedules

Shin Hye and Hong Ki are definitely busy but they always find time to meet whenever possible. In November last year, the two posted pictures of their meeting and revealed that they finally succeeded in finding time to hang out again.

“Us who asked each other’s schedules all month long and we finally met. I’m so happy. Go away stress! Let’s cheer up!” the actress wrote on her Instagram. The singer/actor also posted another photo on his own social media account and expressed how happy he was for their reunion.

Park Shin Hye surprised her BFF

When Lee Hong Ki filmed “Hwayugi” or “A Korean Odyssey,” he received an unexpected gift from Shin Hye. While most people send coffee trucks to show their support to celebrity friends who are filming a drama or movie, the actress sent a truck to provide a bowl of warm samgyetang (Korean chicken soup) to Hong Ki and the whole production cast and crew.

Hong Ki thanked Park Shin Hye via social media and wrote: “Ah, I’m so moved. So this is what it feels like. Thank you so much Shin Hye! I’ll enjoy it and film well!”

She attends his concert

The actress showed her support not just through gifts but by personally going to his concert. When FTISLAND held concerts, Shin Hye makes sure to be there if she is free and likewise, Hong Ki attends his friend’s movie premieres when he can.

Shin Hye send off Hong Ki army enlistment

Finally, Park Shin Hye showed off her friendship with Lee Hong Ki when she sent him off to the army. The singer/actor enlisted on Sept. 28 and the actress shared pictures of herself with Hong Ki on the night before he leaves. She made time to be with him before he goes and this is surely proof that their bond is strong.
