“Outlander” season 4 episode 5 is called “Savages” and its official synopsis reads: “Claire's (Caitriona Balfe) medical expertise proves invaluable, but she begins to fear for her life when tragedy strikes her patients' household; Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Young Ian travel to a nearby town to recruit settlers for Fraser's Ridge.”
“Outlander” season 4 episode 5 will also feature Roger (Richard Rankin) heading out to look for Brianna (Sophie Skelton). He would like to reconnect with her and their romance might heat up again once they meet somewhere in this episode.
Still on Claire, she is a medical expert and while the community is slowly accepting them, she still cannot avoid the danger. People now call her for medical assistance but the existing tension between the Cherokee and some of the people hinder her to do her job properly. However, the real issue is the escalating political movement in their area so she and Jamie had to deal with this new predicament.
